Air Botswana Welcomes One Embraer E175 Jet
The 88-seater aircraft “Kalahari” joins the fleet, enhancing connectivity with new routes starting September 2024.

Air Botswana announced on August 30, 2024, the addition of its newest 88-seater aircraft named Kalahari.
The welcoming ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi, Honourable Minister Eric Molale, Air Botswana CEO Ms. Lulu Rasebotsa, and other distinguished delegates.
Air Botswana noted that Kalahari is now the largest aircraft in its fleet. With new routes becoming operational in phases between September 1 and November 1, 2024, the latest addition reinforces the airline’s commitment to enhancing connectivity.
