Air Cairo Announces Direct Flights to Cologne
Cairo-Cologne 2X weekly flights start October
Air Cairo (SM) plans to launch a new service to Cologne, Germany, starting October 27, 2024.
Cairo-Cologne Flight Details
According to the airline, direct flights will operate between Egypt’s Cairo International Airport (CAI) and Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) in Germany twice a week, on Sundays and Thursdays.
Fleet Renewal and Network Expansion
In Q3 2024, Air Cairo marked the arrival of its 25th A320 aircraft (Reg: SU-BVN), bringing the total fleet count to 34 aircraft.
On the occasion of welcoming their latest delivery, the airline stated, “The new aircraft will immediately join Air Cairo’s network to support the expansion of Air Cairo destinations from/to and via Egyptian airports and to strengthen its presence by increasing the number of flights on its current routes,” adding, “This comes in line with Air Cairo’s continuous fleet renewal and commitment to fleet diversification to provide better service to its customers.”
