Air Cairo Targets Fleet of 30 Aircraft in 1Q2023

Air Cairo (SM) announced the addition of three Embraer E190 aircraft to support domestic and regional growth plans. Additionally, the airline welcomed its eighth A320neo – bringing the total fleet to 24 aircraft, including 17 Airbus A320ceo/neo and 4 ATR-72s. Air Cairo outlined its target to reach a fleet of 30 aircraft by March 2023.

“It is worth noting that Air Cairo currently flies to more than 40 cities around the world, in addition to operating the largest domestic flight network of up to 300 domestic flights per month to and from tourist destinations, and serves one-day trips.”
