Air Peace Completes Inaugural Lagos-London Gatwick Flight (Update)

Air Peace (P4) has successfully completed its inaugural direct flight from Lagos to London Gatwick Airport.

The historic flight P47578, departed Lagos’ Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) and touched down at London Gatwick (LGW) on March 30, 2024.

According to flight tracking data, the total travel time for the inaugural flight LOS-LGW, was approximately 5 hours and 44 minutes.

“Our launch of our London route is more than just a flight service- it’s the enhancement of socio-economic relations between Nigeria and the United Kingdom. And we’re happy to be fostering these bilateral ties between both countries through hassle-free connectivity,” Air Peace via X on March 31, 2024.

As previously announced, Air Peace has entered into a strategic partnership with Fly Norse to operate this new route.

Fly Norse will operate four flights per week on the Lagos-London Gatwick route, complementing Air Peace’s service.
