Air Seychelles Achieves ISAGO and IOSA Certifications
Certifications valid: ISAGO until August 2026, IOSA until January 2027

Air Seychelles (HM) announced on February 3, 2025, that it has attained the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) and the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certifications.
ISAGO Certification
The ISAGO program oversees ground handling service providers (GHSPs) and emphasises standardised operational procedures.
Air Seychelles outlined it achieved its first ISAGO certification after a rigorous process starting in June 2023, involving a detailed analysis by an IATA-trained consultant.
IOSA Renewal Accreditation
Air Seychelles also completed the IOSA renewal accreditation process, evaluating its operational management and control systems.
The airline now adheres to over 900 international safety standards, highlighting its commitment to aviation safety.
Impact on Operations
The ISAGO certification is valid until August 2026, and the IOSA accreditation until January 2027.
Air Seychelles’ CEO, Sandy Benoiton, stated that the achievements were due to the hard work and dedication of the team, which will boost confidence among airlines serving the Seychelles.
