Airlink Expands Fleet with Three E190s

Airlink (4Z) has expanded its fleet by leasing three Embraer E190 aircraft from Falko Regional Aircraft Limited (Falko).

Falko announced on December 14, 2023, that this transaction has increased the number of Falko-managed aircraft leased to Airlink to eleven, further strengthening their longstanding partnership.

This follows the placement of two E190s by Falko earlier this year.

E190 Champions Efficiency Across Airlink’s Network

“The Embraer E190 has proved to be the right size of aircraft for most routes within our comprehensive network of destinations domestically and throughout Southern Africa, enabling high frequency of service, appropriate capacity to satisfy market demands, at the right time,” said Rodger Foster, Airlink’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. 

Falko noted, the addition of these aircraft to Airlink’s growing fleet will enable the airline to continue establishing its footprint in Southern Africa both organically and strategically.
