Beond Debuts Unique Aircraft Livery for Its First Premium Leisure Airline

Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline revealed its unique livery and luxurious Airbus A319 on October 11, 2023, in Malé and Dubai. The airline showcased its first A319, which features a luxurious all-lay-flat configuration and can accommodate up to 44 passengers.

Tero Taskila, CEO of Beond and a founder, expressed the company’s vision: “Our aim is to fly our customers to the most unique and unspoiled destinations where they can release their inner explorer on the most memorable vacation of their lives.” Taskila thanked the government of Maldives, the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority, and SIMDI Group for their support in realizing this vision.

Beond’s Flight Schedule and Fleet Expansion

Beond’s first flights are scheduled for November 2023 from Riyadh, Munich, and Zurich. The airline will use modern Airbus A320-family aircraft in a unique luxury lay-flat configuration to fly passengers to the Maldives from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. In a statement, Beond stated that additional Airbus planes are joining the fleet in late 2023 and early 2024.
