Chongqing Airlines Resumes Direct Flights to Maldives
Chongqing Airlines restarts service to Malé with 3X weekly flights
Chongqing Airlines, a subsidiary of China Southern Airlines, has resumed direct flights to Malé in the Maldives, starting January 8, 2025.
The airline will operate three weekly flights on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a stopover in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The route itinerary includes Malé-Colombo-Chongqing.
Chongqing, regarded as the economic center of Southwest China, will see its flights operate through Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG).
The flights are operated by the Airbus A320neo, featuring three-class cabin configurations: Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class.
