De Havilland Canada Updates on OEM Refurbishment Programme and Deliveries
Refurbishment covers Dash 8-100/-200/-300 with life extension options.

Paris Air Show, June 17, 2025—De Havilland Canada maintains progress on its OEM Refurbishment Programme, confirming more than 40 Dash 8 airframes acquired for return to active service.
As per the Paris Air Show update, 13 aircraft have been delivered to nine operators, with an additional 12 undergoing work. The expanded scope now includes Dash 8-100/-200/-300 variants, available with Extended Service Programme (ESP or ESP+) options.
Three Dash 8-400 aircraft are also being delivered to Canada’s Future Aircrew Training programme in special mission configuration, according to DHC.
“We are proud of the momentum behind our Refurbishment Programme,” remarks De Havilland Canada CEO Brian Chafe, who notes the platform’s suitability for high-frequency or remote-region deployment.
