The Democratic Republic of Congo government announces plans to launch a national airline – Air Congo, “in the coming days” in partnership with Ethiopian Airlines (ET). The joint venture covers the acquisition of seven aircraft – following an MoU signed in September 2021 between DRC and Ethiopian Airlines.
