Emirates Restarts Daily Flights to Lagos
EK resumes Dubai-Lagos with Boeing 777 starting October 2024
Emirates (EK) has resumed daily passenger services to Lagos, Nigeria, starting October 2024.
The official delegation included senior Emirates executives and Nigerian officials, such as Hon. Festus Keyamo, Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development of Nigeria.
Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Emirates Airline, expressed excitement about reconnecting travellers, stating, “This has been a long-awaited moment, and we are excited to resume operations to Lagos, helping reconnect travellers seamlessly to and through Dubai, coupled with a consistent, world-class experience onboard.”
Flight Schedule
- EK783: Departs Dubai at 0945hrs, arrives in Lagos at 1520hrs.
- EK784: Departs Lagos at 1730hrs, arrives in Dubai at 0510hrs the following day.
Boeing 777 Operates Dubai-Lagos
The Dubai-Lagos route is operated with a Boeing 777-300ER, offering First, Business, and Economy class seats.
According to a statement by Emirates, the airline facilitates 48-hour and 96-hour Dubai visa applications for Nigerian travellers.
Emirates’ Skywards programme reinstates previous tier status levels for members, ensuring continued benefits and recognition.
