Emirates (EK) has revealed the first destinations for its A350 fleet launching in September 2024.

Ten (10) new A350s, as announced by Emirates, are expected to join the fleet by March 2025 and will serve short and medium-haul routes, featuring a three-class cabin with Premium Economy.

First Wave of EK A350 Destinations

Bahrain will be the first city served by the Emirates A350, offering Premium Economy for the first time on Middle East/GCC regional routes.

Route Breakdown:

  • Middle East/GCC: Bahrain (Sept 15th), Kuwait (Sept 16th), Muscat (Dec 1st)
  • West Asia: Mumbai & Ahmedabad (Oct 27th), Colombo (Jan 1st, 2025)
  • Europe: Lyon & Bologna (Dec 1st), Edinburgh (Nov 4th – details to come)

Premium Cabin Expansion & A350 Details

Emirates also announced the expansion of its Premium Economy cabin to up to 42 destinations by February 2025. (This includes all flights planned to operate with A380, B777, and A350 aircraft equipped with Premium Economy).

The first 10 A350s entering service will offer a three-class configuration featuring 32 Next-Generation Business Class seats, 21 Premium Economy seats, and 259 Generously Pitched Economy Class seats, as outlined by Emirates.
