Emirates World Opens Doors in Casablanca
Emirates brings flagship travel retail concept to North Africa, the second in Africa.
On November 29, 2024, Emirates (EK) launched Emirates World in Casablanca, Morocco, marking the debut of its refreshed travel retail store concept in North Africa.
Covering an area of 534 square meters, Emirates World Casablanca is currently the airline’s largest store worldwide, the second Emirates World opening in Africa after Nairobi, and the seventh globally.
Casablanca’s Emirates World store, located on Franklin Roosevelt Boulevard, offers expert travel advice and destination inspiration from seasoned consultants and smart technologies, as outlined by the airline.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, stated, “The opening of Emirates World in Casablanca enhances our customer journey across our network of 19 cities in Africa. Our global retail strategy brings our ‘Fly Better’ promise to life through personalised services, smart technologies, and product displays, inspiring customers to discover more with Emirates.”
