Ethiopian Secures Multiple Wins Across APEX Best in Service Categories
The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) announced the 2025 APEX Best Airline Awards winners for regional airlines in Long Beach, California on October 28, 2024.
Ethiopian Airlines was named ‘Best Overall in Africa’ marking outstanding performance across multiple categories including:
- Regional-Africa: Best Entertainment
- Regional-Africa: Best Cabin Service
- Regional-Africa: Best Wi-Fi
- Regional-Africa: Best Food & Beverage
- Regional-Africa: Best Seat Comfort
APEX Passenger Choice Survey
According to APEX, for the 2025 Awards, over one million flights were rated by passengers across more than 600 airlines worldwide using a five-star scale.
On the same screen, passengers were able to provide anonymous ratings in five in-flight subcategories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage (presented in conjunction with IFSA), entertainment, and Wi-Fi.
The single-screen rating allows airline passengers to seamlessly rate their flight in less than 15 seconds.
