Ethiopian Airlines Wins ‘Best Entertainment and Wi-Fi in Africa’ at 2024 APEX Awards
Ethiopian takes home a double win for in-flight excellence.
The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) announced the 2024 APEX Best Airline Awards winners for regional airlines at the FTE & APEX Awards Ceremony during the FTE EMEA Conference in Dublin, Ireland.
Ethiopian Airlines (ET) secured the top spots in two key categories for the African region: Best Entertainment and Best Wi-Fi.
Airline Awards also recognised outstanding airlines in other regions, including Emirates for Best Overall Airline in the Middle East and Delta Air Lines for Best Global Airline in the Americas.
The awards honoured airlines from different regions for their exceptional passenger experiences in various categories including Cabin Service, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Seat Comfort, and Wi-Fi.
