FlyNamibia (WV) officially launched its pilot bursary program – selecting four local candidates from a pool of over 1400 applicants to commence training.
The program covers all costs of training candidates to achieve the required qualification levels for operating FlyNamibia’s fleet. Additionally, the three-year apprenticeship includes gaining experience and exposure to all aspects of the industry while simultaneously receiving primary training.
