FlySafair Tops Global Rankings for On-Time Performance in 2023

FlySafair ranks as the most on-time low-cost carrier with an on-time performance of 92.36% in 2023.

FlySafair (FA) has been recognised as the leading low-cost carrier in punctuality, globally, and the second in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, according to Cirium’s 2023 On-Time Performance Review.

An on-time flight is defined as one that arrives within 15 minutes of the scheduled gate arrival.

FlySafair achieved an on-time arrival rate of 92.36% from a total of 55,444 flights, as revealed by Cirium.

Regional Winners in On-Time Performance

The winners in other regions include Delta Air Lines in North America, also marking its third consecutive year as Cirium’s Platinum Award recipient, ANA for Asia Pacific, Oman Air for the Middle East and Africa, Copa in Latin America, and Iberia Express in Europe.
