Green Africa Launches Talent Initiative – gFuture

Green Africa (Q9) announced the launch of “gFuture” – a talent initiative aimed at developing the next generation of leaders in the aviation industry. The initiative will be facilitated through the Green Africa Academy and will focus on various fields within the aviation industry.

With this initiative, Green Africa expects to graduate over 200 pilots, 10 flight dispatchers, 500 cabin crew members, 140 qualified engineers, and over 500 talents across the many fields in Nigerian aviation industry over the next decade.
