Air Cairo Adds Second ATR 72 September 2022
Air Cairo expands fleet with ATR 72 aircraft.

Air Cairo (SM) announced on September 26, 2022 the addition of a second ATR 72-600.
The ATR fleet is purposed to serve domestic destinations and connections, including Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor, Hurghada and Aswan,.
“[Air Cairo] always seeks to expand and diversify its fleet, serving the expansion of its itinerary network especially flights from European countries in order to provide a good tourism service,” Air Cairo via Facebook, Sep. 27, 2022.

Air Cairo has revealed plans to achieve a fleet of 24 aircraft comprising 6 ATR72-600s and 18 Airbus A320s by the end of 2022.
The latest addition to its fleet brings the total to 16 aircraft.
