Kenya Airways Resumes Flights to Kinshasa

Kenya Airways (KQ) announced the resumption of flights to Kinshasa starting May 8, 2024.

In the same statement, the airline revealed its previously detained employees in Kinshasa had been released.

“Kenya Airways confirms that the military authorities in Kinshasa have unconditionally released our two employees who had been detained since April 19, 2024 […] With the necessary ground support in place, we are pleased to announce that Kenya Airways will resume flights to Kinshasa on May 8, 2024. We look forward to serving our valued customers once again,” KQ’s statement on May 6, 2024.
