Kenya Airways (KQ) unveiled a new inflight dining experience for its business and economy class passengers – on selected long and medium-haul flights.

The revamped experience includes a new plating service for business class cabins, tray service for economy class cabins, and meals made from sustainably locally sourced ingredients.

FlyKQ outlined that its new plating service for business class cabins will be rolled out in May 2023 on four of its long four long-haul international flights, including Paris (on May 1), Amsterdam, New York and London.

For economy class travel on international flights, the airline replaces the existing box service with tray service and starter for hot meals and yoghurt for breakfast. The tray service will be introduced on July 03, 2023, on the Dubai and Mumbai flights and later rolled out on destinations to West, Central, Southern and East Africa.
