Liberia Signs Aviation Partnerships with UAE and Rwanda
LCAA secures key partnerships to boost aviation safety and capacity building

The Liberia Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA) has strengthened its partnerships and enhanced aviation safety oversight through recent agreements.
Technical Cooperation Agreements
On the sidelines of the ICAO Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS) 2025, LCAA Director-General Julius D. Dennis signed two Technical Cooperation Agreements with the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority and the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority.
“These agreements outline areas of technical cooperation and training, paving the way for strengthened partnerships and capacity building,” stated Director-General Dennis.
Training Cooperation Agreement
The LCAA also finalised a training cooperation agreement with the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority, providing access to high-quality training programs for its inspectors.
According to a statement by the Liberian government, the move aims to enhance the country’s safety oversight capabilities.
