Mack Air has launched its new Signature Service, aiming to elevate passengers’ journeys in safari and corporate air travel across Botswana and Zimbabwe, along with the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa.

Fleet Expansion

The airline announced, its new ‘Signature Service’ features the first executive-configured King Air 200s and Cessna Grand Caravan EXs to the Mack Air fleet.

The Beechcraft King Air B200, a twin-engined turboprop accommodates up to 7 passengers. Mack Air outlined it offers an exquisite and spacious air-conditioned interior and can reach speeds of 450 km/h.

The Cessna Grand Caravan EX has been reconfigured to provide a market-leading luxurious and spacious air-conditioned cabin that can accommodate up to 9 passengers.

Personalised Meet and Greet Service

With its Signature Service, Mack Air has also unveiled a personalised meet and greet service, targeting its most discerning clients. 

This involves being welcomed by a dedicated host or hostess, who will assist with immigration and customs clearance, luggage clearance, and provide access to several Mack Air’s exclusive and partner lounges throughout the region.
