Namibia Launches Online Visa-on-Arrival System

VOA: Online system opens March 3, 2025 to enhance travel

The Government of Namibia, through its Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security, officially unveiled an online Visa-on-Arrival (VOA) application on March 3, 2025.

According to a statement by the Ministry, this development aims to enhance the travel experience while maintaining the country’s visa rules:

‘Visa rules remain unchanged for non-eligible countries, and Namibia remains open to reciprocal visa agreements.’

The online Visa-on-Arrival application is available to citizens of eligible countries, including several African nations such as Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Ghana, and Tunisia among others.

Validity: 30 days from the date of arrival. Entries: Multiple entries with 30-day stays.
