Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority Updates AOC Operations Specifications 

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has issued new enhanced Air Operator Certificate (AOC) Operations Specifications (Op. Specs) to all current AOC holders.

The directive was contained in an All Operator Letter dated August 18, 2023, and applies to all AOC holders certificated by the Authority.

According to the NCAA, the new Op. Specs are designed to enhance the safety and efficiency of operations by current AOC holders. They contain updated authorisations, conditions, limitations, and approvals issued by the Authority by the standards applicable to operations and maintenance conducted by AOC holders.
