RwandAir stated on X (formerly Twitter) that the increased frequency aims to make travel to Johannesburg “easier than ever,” facilitating business, city breaks, and safaris.

Fourth A330 to Boost Operational Stability

Further strengthening its capabilities, RwandAir is also boosting its fleet.

CEO Yvonne Makolo confirmed to African Aerospace in May 2025 that the airline will add a fourth Airbus A330 to its widebody fleet in Summer 2025—a move expected to enhance operational stability for its European services, according to the report.
