RwandAir Commits to Safety Leadership

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) revealed on January 25, 2024, that RwandAir has become the newest signatory in Africa to the IATA Safety Leadership Charter.

RwandAir (WB) is the second carrier in Africa to sign the Charter after Ethiopian Airlines, which signed the Charter at its launch in September 2023.

The Charter is part of IATA’s Collaborative Aviation Safety Improvement Program (CASIP), under the Focus Africa initiative. It aims to bolster the safety culture within organisations.
