Ryanair has launched its “Future Flyer Academy” pilot training program in Ireland.

This initiative, partnered with Atlantic Flight Training Academy (AFTA), aims to train and recruit over 400 aspiring pilots as Second Officers within the next four years.

The Future Flyer Academy provides aspiring pilots with a comprehensive training program, combining classroom instruction, simulator training, and practical flying experience.
