TAAG Angola Boosts Frequencies to Kinshasa and Lisbon

TAAG Angola Airlines is increasing frequencies to Kinshasa and Lisbon in August 2023 in response to market demand.

TAAG Angola Airlines (DT) announced that it will increase frequencies to Kinshasa starting August 14, 2023. The airline stated that the move is aimed at promoting trade, business development, and mobility between Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in response to market demand.

The Kinshasa route will have four weekly frequencies, departing from Luanda on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The flights will be operated with a Dash-8 aircraft.

In addition to the increased frequencies to Kinshasa, TAAG also announced that it has temporarily added extra frequencies on the Luanda-Lisbon route on August 14, 21, and 28, 2023.

According to a statement from TAAG, “Lisbon is a destination with high demand at this stage of the year, capturing traffic from Lusophony, Latin America, Africa, among others.”
