Textron Aviation Unveils Cessna Citation Ascend

Textron Aviation unveiled the newest addition to its Cessna Citation business jet family – the Cessna Citation Ascend. Part of the 560XL series, the Ascend is designed to bring a new cockpit, improved performance, and a more luxurious cabin to the midsize business jet market.

Attendees at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) held in Geneva, Switzerland from May 23-25, 2023 were able to view a mock-up of the Citation Ascend, which was unveiled during the event. The aircraft is currently under development and is expected to enter into service in 2025.
