Umza Express Receives First Dash 8 Aircraft

Umza Express, a joint venture between Aero Contractors and Umza Aviation Services, received its first Dash 8-400 aircraft at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on Thursday, August 11, 2022. The aircraft is owned by Umza and will be operated by Aero.

According to Capt. Abdullahi Mahmood, MD of Aero Contractors, “Once we are ready to commence operations we shall officially inform the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and the flying public in due course.”
