United Airlines (UA) launched its non-stop service between Washington Dulles (IAD) and Cape Town International Airport (CPT) starting November 17, 2022. The airline will operate three weekly year-round flights with Boeing 787-9 – featuring 48 all-aisle-access United PolarisSM business suites, 21 United Premium PlusSM premium economy, 39 Economy PlusSM and 149 economy seats. United inaugurated service to South Africa in 2019 and offers customers from South Africa non-stop flights from Cape Town and Johannesburg to New York/Newark. Flights are conveniently timed to connect at United’s hubs with an extensive network of services to destinations throughout the Americas.
