Mack Air Adds One Cessna Grand Caravan EX

Delivered March 2025, the high-wing turboprop expands Mack Air’s fleet for regional operations.

Mack Air has expanded its fleet with the arrival of a new Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX in March 2025.

The high-wing turboprop aircraft, manufactured by Textron Aviation in Wichita, Kansas, completed a transcontinental journey of approximately 14,450 kilometres to reach its base.

Mack Air, in a company statement, indicated that this acquisition will enhance their air charter operations, boosting their capacity to serve their extensive network of destinations, which include Botswana and Zimbabwe.

Grand Caravan EX Performance, Fleet Expansion

According to manufacturer specifications, the Grand Caravan EX is equipped with a Pratt & Whitney® Canada engine, delivering 867 horsepower of payload performance and enhanced efficiency.

This addition expands Mack Air’s fleet, which now exceeds 30 aircraft.

Mack Air fleet includes Beechcraft King Air B200 and B250 models, multiple Cessna Grand Caravan EXs (over 20), GA-8 Airvans, Cessna 210 Centurions, and Cessna 206 Stationair.
