SAA unveils ‘The Lounge’ at Johannesburg's O.R. Tambo International Airport
South African Airways (SA) has introduced its new international lounge at OR Tambo International Airport – “The Lounge”.
This premium facility is a key component of SAA’s broader refurbishment strategy for its airport lounges, aimed at delivering an unparalleled experience for customers, both in-flight and on the ground, as detailed by the airline.
SAA On Future Lounge Renovations
In a statement, South African Airways (SAA) announced that the launch of the OR Tambo International Premium lounge is just the beginning of an extensive renovation plan for all lounges operated by the airline.
The First-Class Platinum Lounge at OR Tambo International Airport will undergo renovations in early 2024. Subsequently, lounges in Qheberha, Cape Town, OR Tambo Domestic, and Durban will also be refurbished.
