Building on Success

This year’s program welcomes a new cohort of talented students, while also offering an opportunity for the first group of graduates to return and continue their upskilling journey.

ThinkYoung expresses pride in the achievements of the first cohort, demonstrating the program’s effectiveness in empowering young Ethiopians.

A key aspect of the STEM School program is the opportunity “to job-shadow skilled employees at Ethiopian Airlines to gain aviation knowledge, digital skills, and hands-on experience,” said Boeing.

We are committed to supporting the next generation of engineers, scientists, innovators, and change-makers by delivering engaging and impactful STEM education programs in Ethiopia and beyond,” stated ThinkYoung.
